What Does a Coaching Session Look Like?

Each 50 minute session is either in-person or over Zoom. We typically begin with a brief check-in to understand your current physical, emotional, and mental state. This may include a conversation about recent habits, stress levels, sleep quality, nutrition, and physical activity. Depending on your goals, the session may include goal-setting, mindfulness or breathing exercises, or nutrition planning. It is a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space, aiming to empower you to make sustainable, positive lifestyle changes. By the end, the objective is to have you leave with actionable steps and a sense of direction tailored to your wellness goals.
